Two Temple Place
Not only will you admire the staggering architecture of William Waldorf Astor’s neo-Gothic mansion, but you can revel in the publicly owned art on display at Two Temple Place. The Victorian mansion rests on London’s Embankment and its eccentric designs will prove to be engaging enough, let alone taking in the delights of the engaging artistic exhibitions put on throughout the year.
The museum opened in late 2011 with the intention of bringing rare collections and museum pieces closer to the public. This opens up the opportunity for pioneering curators to put together shows in unique surroundings, creating an atmosphere that adds an extra dimension to the works of art put on display.
