Kettner’s Bar was in existence for 149 years until early 2016, and has just re-opened as a 33 bedroom Georgian townhouse hotel and restaurant. Previously, the private rooms upstairs were one of its main attractions, although these have now been converted in hotel rooms.
The restaurant had survived through the blitz, as well as seeing out four kings and a queen during its time in Soho. Now visitors can enjoy the delights of a luscious champagne bar and it retains much of the staff who made the food such an attraction for so many years.
